I see pods on the glass walls of tank but they don't appear to be moving. Is this normal?

Are you sure they're pods? Pods are like little wind up toys

Well..............I guessing they're pods as that what I put into the tank. I could be wrong.

Try increasing or reducing lights and see if there is a change. During light, they often hide in pores within rocks

They are white in appearance and appear to have 5-6 legs/tenecles that look starry like.

What you are describing sounds like hydroids. Can you get a pic under white lights, please?

I've read that Hydroids feed off of Phyto. Should I stop feeding Phyto until they're gone?
