Is it normal to have pods this size? I have tons of them this size down in the sump. They are probably 1/2" big, lol. You can see it's the about the size of my thumb nail and the pod isn't stretched out all the way.

It would be very unusual to have one that large. Only thing is, I'm pretty sure that isn't a pod, at least not an amphipod or copepod.
