Hey guys, pods! I have a 3 gallon, what fish can I get to put in and take them out? Right now it's all just corals, no fish. Thanks! There's.....too many of them

3 gallon is small, you can get a mandarin but, it might have to be moved once they have been all eaten up...
Maybe @eatbreakfast can recommend an alternative.

3g is tiny, but a couple of options that may work, just be on top of water quality would include a possom or pink streak wrasse, geometric plectranthias, or a jans pipefish.

There are way to many of them. At first I was fine with it, but now I look into my tank and my entire back wall moves

They are so beneficial though. No downfall except seeing them. Catch em and sell em. :-) pods are expensive.

No kidding! While a pygmy possum wrasse would be cool to have, I would just siphon them out with a turkey baster and sell them to locals.

Probably a good idea. There is alot of them and it's rather unsightly. I would take a picture but it's kinda hard to capture things so small on the back of a tank with a twelve megapixel camera lol.

I would catch them out of the tank or add a really small fish or shrimp. It is a good thing to have them and killing them will not be easy and could cause a problem in such a small tank.

You should be able to sell them or maybe trade with someone! I just ordered 6000 of them from Algae Barn!

That's alot! I probably have that amount in this tank lol. Yall want some? Haha

Sure, I'd take some off your hands if you lived close to me ;)! I want to get them well established in my tank, before I get any fish in there!

Are feeding this system?

Also depends on the type of pods. Mandarins/pipefish eat copepods, they do not typically eat amphipods.

Are you adding food to the tank? Zooplankton need food, in newer tanks they often thrive for a couple months, mine always eventually die back. Hermits, some crabs and shrimp will eat them as well.
