This might be a dumb question but was wondering if the was a way to tap/harvest pods to feed my tank...I have a sump with thousand in the chaeto and I know I have some in the display but Mandarin is looking a lil under fed so was wanting to trap some and put in tank

I just pulled them from a mesh filter sock and dump them into a bucket. I use brine shrimp net as it has very tight mesh allowing you to catch small organisms and feed them to the display tank.

I just grab a handfull of cheato and swish it in the display for a little bit.....if you want to maximize your catch, lift the chaeto and lett the watter that comes out catch in a bucket and add that in too...it will catch some of them...i would do that every day or 2 until your mandarin looks fat and happy JMO.

Yup, oretty much same as above. I have a couple favorite rocks I move back and forth. also the chato trick, but i just drop it in a basket. same can go for a bag of carbon with not too fine a mesh.
