Pod?

ID help please, I'm guessing this is some sort of copopod? I have tons in my growout area, they don't seem to bother anything. For size the pic was taken in a redsea 50ml dosing cup and its located on the e.

Yep, copepod. Good scavengers (and fish snacks)

I'd guess some type of isopod but still likely beneficial "pod" to have.
