sorry really hard to see on photo too small

Hard to tell, you can just clean the glass. could also be sand particles, dust, etc. which is also likely in new tank.

From your picture I do not think we will be able to tell you what it is. We will need a close up and under normal white light. I see water spots and tiny white dots

it’s not sand they’re moving around they look like tiny bugs smaller than a grain of salt

Probably pods if they are moving around. Ich you wouldn't be able to see until it becomes a cyst on a fish. If you see them starting to irritate your corals then I would be concerned.

If they are scurrying around the glass then they are pods... Nothing to really worry about. Your tank looks pretty new. You will see lots of changes in the coming months. Enjoy!

Fast movers = Pods. Slow movers could be snails or worms.

i didn’t know pods could get into the tank without adding them manually

I am thinking they are pods as well. Like @SynGraves said, you do not notice Ich till its on a fish. At least from my experience.
