Any idea what these white creatures are in my overflow? Are they pods or pests? The tank has been set up for a little over 4 months. It is a 120 gallon tank.

I see many flatworms? What the others think? Lets hear them.

These creatures are in my overflow and sump. I don’t see them in the tank itself. Most of them are about 1/8 to 1/4 inch long and attach to the surface with what looks like a suction mouth and stick out like a tube. I have added pods a few times but when added they are much smaller. I assumed they were all eaten or just died off.

Looks like a mixture of Pods, Spirorbid worms, Pineapple sponges, reef safe and harmless.

Thankyou, I just googled pineapple sponge and that definitely looks like them. Sounds like they are harmless and since my tank is relatively new they are a frequent part of the initially one year ugly cycle.
Thank You
