Pods with a reef mat

I just upgraded my tank to one with a sump and a reef mat roller. Is the roller going to grab and kill all of my pods from my tank?

majority should be fine. They live in/on the rock and glass

may snag a few here and there. If you give them a chance on introduction by shutting of your return pumps and pour/squirt them on the rocks. should be all good
