Im getting a little nervous. My tank is fishless now for two weeks because of an outbreak of something. I can't get a picture, but these 1 or 2mm long bugs are ALL over and every rock, every crevice, just everywhere. I am hoping its just some kid of pod, amphipod or whatever. They are grey in color with a lighter color underside.

sounds like pods but without seeing them can't be sure.

Yeah I know, I just cant get a picture. Now that there ins't any fish in their, it seems the population just exploded. I was more concerned with it being something nasty. I have not seen pods like this.

well if there is nothing to eat them and your still feeding the tank, it would make sense that they would have a population boom.

Will this help?

I collect those amphipods by the five gallon bucketful. We can't see what you have in your tank, could be Godzilla Larvae but probably not. Whatever they are, they are most likely good.

And a video of them doing the macarana.
