Pods?

are these white ish things on the glass pods? they definitly move.

I added a dose of pods from my lfs and added them about 3 weeks ago and forgot about them.

Long story short i moved a rock and kind of shook it a little in the proccess and these little guys came out and stuck all over my glass. Im thinking pods but just want to make sure they arent some kind of parasite/flatworm
