Pods???

Are these pods? Aquarium is cycling. No fish, no inverts, no plants/algae. Only Carib-sea rock and live sand. I also added Bio Spira. Where would they come from? Thank you.

I can't view the video but I believe they can be in the live sand. It is common to have them proliferate in new tanks.
