Pods?

I have a 120g reef tank that currently has no fish in it because of an ich outbreak. Just noticed some of these bug-looking things crawling around. I’m new to reefing and the tank is only a few months old. Along with what they are, are there any solutions to getting rid of them?

I had a ton and got a wrasse. Then we were both happy, no visible amphipods and it had a fat belly.
