Pods

I know pods are not only part of the CUC, but also a good food source for fish, especially for new fish introduced to a tank. There are a bunch of different species, I get a bit confused as to which are the best and which ones will continue to populate without having to continually seed a reef tank. What is everyone's experience with different species- is there one that's best, or should I introduce a variety of species.

I've always just used tiger pods. Unless you have a mandarin constantly depleting your tank, one dose should be enough to get your tank established (and then they go from there).
