Podyourreef. How much phyto to dose?

I purchased tisbe and tiger pods and one nano phyto. The pods come in jars (I know I add them all to the tank asap) but how much of the phyto should I add? There’s no directions nor dosing amount.

300 gallon tank that finished cycling recently.

Normally when raising them you make the water a light green color and add more as it is eaten. You have a new tank, prob pretty void of anything for them to eat so .........
