Pointers or thoughts on my Refugium set up

Wondering if the flow from the higher bay of my sump is too much for my chaeto?
First time setting up a refugium & curious for thoughts on tips or changes I can make from anyone with experience in the topic,
Photos show sump flowing aswell as sump turned off to give a better look at what’s happening
