Pokytoxin and fish

So if palyzoa has high palytoxin when a fish like emperor eats it up are they immune to the poison?

Just was thinking my empower ate a lot of my sunny d and others.

They won' eat the ones that are really toxic...most Zoas only contain trace amonuts.
