Well, That's something I never thought I would do, Scrubbing snails.
I noticed that my Astraea snails were covered in bubble algae. So, I pulled them out and scrubbed them with a brush and then dipped them in straight Hydrogen peroxide for about 20 seconds. I inverted them and tried to keep the H2o2 from getting too high and touching the "meat" but I know it must have to an extent so I will have to wait to see if I killed them.
I probably would have been good with just scrubbing or at least using a 25% H2o2 solution but I hate bubble algae. Plus, my snails look Marvelous now. LOL
