I Dump it on my lawn, in my rose
Garden and my vegetable garden,
I also do the same with the skimmer cup.

Bad idea..... *edit* (since I can’t delete) I read your other post about your tomato plants. Stand corrected. My apologies. I watered a rose bush a few years ago with my skimmate and it still looks like Charlie Browns Xmas tree. [emoji23]. That’s what my comment was based on.

Anyone have problems with there pipes after dumping sw in them. Old house using cast iron pipes here so i dont dump sw in them.

My house is on septic system so I do not dump it down main drain. When they installed the septic I had them dig a 4 ft x 4 ft hole on the other side of the house. I put a perforated drain pipe in there and back filled with pea gravel, then covered with top soil. I have a dedicated drain line in my fish room that goes into this underground gravel pit. So, I guess I am building a salt dome down there. My wife has a garden on top of this and does not seem to bother any of her plants.

Agree with the not dumping into a domestic septic system - likely to damage the septic tank - I lug it to the ditch behind our property. Well done on the drain...

Have outside a 40 gallon refugium separate from DT. Dump there, let macroalgae remove any disolved organics . Reuse.

I use the water from my 75 gallon to replace water taken out of my 13.5 gallon evo when I clean it. That way I can do relatively large water changes on it (5 gallons) without swinging the parameters. Helps keep it WAY more stable for being a small tank. Other than that, I dump it on the weeds I'm trying to kill coming up in the cracks in my sidewalk. It kills canadian thistle really well.

I do a 20 gallon change on my 180 every 2 weeks and dump it over my brick driveway. It keeps it clean of grass and weeds. I do worry about corrosion on the cars but have been doing this for over 3 years and vehicles are fine.

I dump it in the neighborhood lake behind our house. I figure in 20 years, I'll be able to start adding tangs, sharks, and coral.

I dump mine, but when I’m doing water changes I wash my hands throughly in the sink and then rerinse my arms in the first bucket of saltwater before going in thereto play, idk if it’s helpful but it makes me feel better and that’s what really matters

Water from a display tank will only provide a minimal amount of bacteria for a QT or rock. Kickstart sure, but nowhere near enough to form a stabile or complete cycle.
