What do people think of the Poly-Bio-Marine Poly Filter do they really work?

Have you ever had a problem with it. I have a mixed tank, just trying to find a little security blanket.

No and a little GAC in a bag in a low to medium flow area or a reactor will do about the same thing.

These pads work great. I used to use them exclusively on my wet dry filter when I had one many years ago. I no longer have a need for filter pads, but if I ever do these are the only type I would use. They really filtered out all copper etc.

Not only will it take out all the nasties Polly filters will strip all your trace elements as well and should only really be used To take out old medication

Takes out copper very quick. I made a nasty oops a few months ago.
