July 1 my tank had been infested with ich, I lost a yellow tang, blue mandarin, and one clown. My treatment was very simple as to minimize any additional stress.

Polylab Medic twice a day.

thats all I did. Many people said poly lab was not a ling term dix it was only temporary that the ich will come back yada yada. It now been 4 months with zero losses and zero ich. Polylab medic works and in my experience as well as researching others I think its the best method.

I find it's pretty good as a ich mitigation tool for those without UV or a QT tank. If you can catch it early you'll likely have good success with medic.

I too had great with success using this but it is peroxide salt and does not work for everyone. We are perhaps the lucky ones but I still am trying to justify the cost of the product (around $40) based on ingredients and size of the bottle

I used it in February along with a UV, heavy feeding with food soaked in Vitachem and Selcon. I’ve been ich free. Not saying it is not still in the tank, just not affecting my fish.

I’m currently using medic and in 3 days my fish look much better with no white spots. However once again I will reiterate as stated before, this doesn’t mean that it is completely eradicated from my aquarium.

not familiar with it and not in need at present, however, it sounds promising - is it indicated as safe for inverts/corals?

How many fish are left?
