Can someone give me the correct dosings and instructions for polylab medic

Its listed on their website, but if you're dealing with Ich/C.irritans it won't completely eradicate the parasite.
why? (i have copy and pasted the below multiple times)
Polyp lab medic states it only "kills" the parasite in its free swimming/theront stage.
Treatment also advised to stop after 20days.
Ich Cysts/tormont stage can live up to 72 days.
You may kill the free swimming parasites but the parasite c.irritans in its cyst/tormont stage will still be in your tank.
If there was a time I would use medic it would be after 60-72 days into the fallow. If the claim that it kills free swimming parasites is true then this can be added security.
Otherwise I recommend you to save you money because polyp lab medic ain't cheap.
