Polyp Bailout on one head of a Frogspawn colony

Folks,
This many-headed FS was in bad shape when I got it from a friend. I can’t particularly remember this head ever opening fully. Anyway, saw that it lost all its polyps. Wondering if this is a sign of something major. Found the polyp in the mouth of this Favia.

How is the rest of the colony?
I don't see a reason to worry yet.
But I can't really see the colony in your very blue pic.

The rest of the colony is fully opened. My cotton candy torch is also fully extended and as that’s by far the most difficult euphyllia I own, I think the FS losing a head isn’t an indication of anything major. If I remember correctly, that head was always pretty rough. Idk if someone was nipping at it in the last owner’s tank or if they had it placed bad. I think they had a copperband at one point so that could have been ticking it off.
