Hello currently have a little Rock of zoanthids, a Gorgonia, Sinularia, and Lobophytom

I plan to keep more softies, maybe a rock flower boio and a small clam eventually when I'm comfortable.

Is the polyp booster and reefroids a good all around for what I wanna keep? Should I look into other things as well, or a combination?

I use polyp booster, reef roids and also red sea reef energy and to be honest I can’t tell if the polyp booster makes any difference whatsoever

Ill continue using reef roids and reef energy, sort of mixed together but won’t be replacing the polyp booster when it runs out.

Maybe someone has evidence it helps, but.....

This is the kind of anecdotal evidence I'm looking for. I heard great things about the rods but never really even heard anyone mention polyp booster.

You like the red sea reef energy? Also from your experience do I even have enough coral to warrant feeding? They're all filter feeders.
