Polyp Like Growth on Rocks

I’m seeing this kind of growth all over the rocks in my tank. Can anyone help me with identifying what is this?

Pretty hard to tell from the pics but the three I'd look into are tubeworms, hydroids or vermatid snails.

Or maybe some tube-like sponges (the really small ones).

Looks like Cryptic Sponges. They reproduce/spread from that web looking growth. Here are mine when they went crazy. I was able to stop feeding for a week and it completely killed them. Removing the rock from the water for a bit will kill them too.
How long do you need to do that for guys? I can't remember.
