Polypipe plumbing

Curious as to whether garden polypipe is ok to use for plumbing a tank?

Why then use pvc when polypipe is so much easier to work with and flexible

At first I would have thought it was just not as well known as PVC, but after looking at this website, https://www.polypipe.com/mecflow , I'm going to have to change my answer to "it might not be so suitable afterall". According to the website video it contians "Anti Microbial Protection" and "Anti-Fouling Additive". What exactly that is, I don't know, but it doesn't sound like it would be a good thing for our applications.
