Polyplab Refuel vs. RF-Fuel - Are they the same thing?

Polyplab sells Refuel on their website. https://www.polyplab.com/products/rf-fuel

But then I also find RF-Fuel (apparently still branded by Polyplab but not on their website) https://premiumaquatics.com/products/polyplab-fuel-500ml.html

Are these the same product? I'm confused by this. I've already reached out to Polyplab but after days of no response I thought I would reach out to the community to see if anyone knows.
