Do you guys rinse it first before putting them in reactor?

I think all carbon needs to be rinsed. Either way it woudn't hurt. You could just run a little water through the reactor and into a small bucket or something. That is what I did for GFO

Are they supposed to be tumbling in reactor? I put them in aquamaxx reactor and they don’t tumble.

No carbon should not tumble otherwise it will turn to dust
