polyps always closed

half my zoas are always closed the others are always opened and look fantastic what is up with that

We would need more info to help.
What are your water parameters?
What fish do you have?
Could be water quality
Could be a fish or other live stock messing with them.
Could be lighting or possibly flow.

If you can post your water parameters, how old the tank is, and what fish you have I think it would be a great start to help us all help you.
