Hi everyone! i was wondering if i can get some advice/help with my coral. So idk why but only polyps in the tank are shriveled up and all other corals are fine. i did a 25 percent water change and its still the same. My parameters are:

Phosphate .02
Nitrates .10
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
ph 8.2
calcium 410
alk 9 dkh
mag 1250
salinity 1.024
temp 78

any ideas on what it can be?

Nitrates way too low at .1 and this would be out of balance with phosphate.
Nitrates should be in the 2-10ppm range, and phosphate should be in the 0.03-.1 range.

Hard to say what is causing as your parameters are in range. Phosphate and mag are a little low which might be the issue but it's hard to say for sure.

Take some pictures under whites only maybe we can see something irritating them pest wise.

Hi, could be pests. Have you noticed anything attacking them?. Uv torch at night ive found is a good way of seeing stuff you didnt know was there :D hope you get it sorted

Maby a fish or snail irritated the coral, has it been closed up for a long time? Sometimes my fish drop sand on the corals lower in the tank and snails and shrimp take shortcuts across them when looking for food.
