Has this come on suddenly or gradually? If the latter, I would suspect the fish is just morphing into his adult colors. But if it's happening suddenly, then something (parasite, worm, bacteria) is eating away at his skin/scales. Could also be HLLE, but that should be happening more gradually.

No. Idea honestly i've been away 10 days. Something i can do?

It was active and the color was good... I've lost a sea urchin yesterday as well. Yes i do run carbon

I. Am planning to buy 4 shrimps 4 mussels and 2 oyster today, blend them with some ro water and freeze them and try to feed him, the only thing that he liked was shg flakes, tried in the past nyos chromis and artemia but he never touched them

What kind of carbon? If its the cheap stuff, dust from it could be entering your DT and causing what you are seeing.

No idea brought from a seller, doesn't come in a pack. Better to remove? What carbon do you suggest?
I was thinking to dose rewf snow and some zeobak twice a week, do you think it could help?

Just found this two dead... :(
The others apparently seems to be allright. Kz carbon would be ok?

HLLE shouldn't kill a fish. It is time to strongly consider that a pathogen is responsible for this. Are any of your fish breathing heavily, scratching, flashing, twitching their head, swimming into the flow of a powerhead? When was the last time you added a new fish, coral or invert to this aquarium?

Everything seems to be ok... The last time was a month ago. Anything that you suggest to do?

I guess wait & see if other fish show symptoms of anything.

In the meanwhile, I would switch over to only using Rox 0.8 carbon and also check the tank for stray voltage (just as a precaution).

Tonight with just the lunar light on just found the thank full of these animals, can they be the cause? They are litterally everywhere
