I recently sold a zoa pack to poondog. i had some delays because of work on my end and he was very open and willing to work with me. The box showed up damaged and leaking but because of my packing enought weater stayed in with the frags to keep them in alive. He gave me a chance to make things right if everything went south. Fortunately everything made it through the shipping damage. thanks again
