Pooping or expelling zoox?

I can’t tell if it’s just pooping or it’s expelling some zoox. It’s a couple strings of thin brown. But it doesn’t really look like it’s coming from the mouth? It’s kinda hard to see with the blue light but it’s coming from the mushroom on the right

I’m just curious do lots of people run their tanks with all actinic light now?

I see so many photos all blued out.

Gives me a headache.
