Poorly clown?

Hi I've noticed my female ocillaris clown is acting strangely and my royal gramma is hiding.
Is this ich or something else? It seems to be affecting her one eye too.
My Male clown, miss benny and fire fish all look fine and I've not added anything or changed anything for around 3 weeks.

That actually looks more like velvet to me.
