Pop eye

I have just gone through an ich outbreak and have it under control now but during the treatment process my angelfish damaged its eye while scratching and now has pop eye. Base off of the attached picture could the eye still recover and if so what would help the recovery process?

If just one eye is involved, it will likely recover. If it becomes infected, you might need to treat with Erythromycin, but that would require moving the fish to a treatment tank, and risk damaging the eye more, or even worse damaging the other eye.
