Popeye from injury?

My damsel has Popeye in one eye. I read that that is usually just an injury. The eye looks clear so no need to treat? It just looks like it might be painful for him so I feel bad. Or should I treat?

Treat it, but unfortunately the eye may not make it. Fingers crossed.

Try Epsom salt, 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons.
