Just noticed my white Wyoming one eye is popped out slightly. It's definitely raised, not a ton, and looks to have a film over it. Other eye is absolutely fine and No Other issues with the other fosh in the tank. Is it Popeye or an injury? He's eatting fine and is acting completely normal.
Thanks Jay

Usually when only one eye is swollen and/or infected it comes from an injury. Vitamins in the food, clean water and -yes- epsom salt can all help reduce the swelling and the chance of infection. Be sure to keep a close eye on it and if the eye swells worse or it all spreads to the other eye then be prepared with a QT and antibiotics.

Already used the Epsom salt. Any recommendations for vitamins in the food? Just in case, I have a 10 gallon tank I can set up as a QT.

So I treated him in QT with Furan 2 (4 doses). Eye hasn't improved but hasn't got worse. Eats fine and I don't see any other issues. A couple pics. Any ideas?
