Is this popeye?
Found on a clownfish. He is doing well, nothing out of the usual other then this. Eating fine.

It looks like pop eye but the blue is casting a lot showdows. Can you get one with whites on
 
Epsom bath yes It may be a slight injury which will heal on its' own. The eye socket is weakest part of body and if slightest injury or air enters facial area, it will sure head for eye socket. Keep an eye on it another day to see if it worsens, If not, see if it seems to be healing on its own.

My chalk bass had pop eye I did nothing but up the water changes to twice a week till it was gone. I was prepared to qt if needed
