LA has some really cool blue ones in DD right now, as well as pairs of the variety above.

i think i am going to stock my tank with these this time around.

I bought one of those last year and it was stunning. The day after I bought him, he hid in my rocks and I haven't seen him since. I know he's alive because I sometimes see his molts lying around. Why is mine so reclusive?

what else is in the tank with it? maybe it's being harrased by a fish..

mine is in a tank with a clown, possum wrasse and a couple of small gobies... i also have ricordea, carnation anemones and mushrooms that they love to get in,, as you can see in the pics above... they're out all the time... lisa

Maroon clown, sixline, pseudo, a cleaner and some hermits. Nobody bothered him. I saw him the first day hanging out. Second day he took cover under some rocks. Since then, Nada! Maybe if I buy a couple of more, he'll come out. I believe I read somewhere that they prefer to be in groups. Reading this thread made me realize how nice he looked when I first got him. Anyway, it gives me an excuse to go make a purchase. I'm sure wifey won't mind :)

if it were me, i'd be leary of the sixline and the pseudochromis, they can be very pesky..

i have 2, they came as a pair, but don't usually hang out together much..

there are 2 anemones in the tank, one crab in the RBT the other is in the GBT.. they run the clown out.. :)

good luck... lisa

Pseudochoromis was hands down one of the meanest fishes I have ever owned. It would bully fish 4 times his size.

Love the pics..
