He’s being very shy hiding right now only way I could get him to come out is darkening the lights. It looks like he bumped his eye. We’ve had him in the DT now for about a month. He still has his appetite, what do I do?

If its one eye, this may have stemmed from an eye injury and warrants treatment in a separate tank. If both eye, may be bacterial, flukes or water related. For the future, please post pics under white light intensity. Is breathing rate normal or shallow?

Normal breathing and as soon as white light comes on he runs to his den. It’s just his one eye. What should I treat him with? My QT is a 20 gal, should be fun trying to catch him again. Should have also added salinity 1.025 ph8.2 ammonia 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 10.
