Porcupine puffer not eating!

Out of the blue, my puffer acts like she can’t see, or spell the food, but will occ go at the glass, so I suspect she has some sense of smell. I’ve had her over 7 mo. She has not eaten in days, and I’m really worried! She is my FAVORITE! And the reason I bought my second 220, as FOWLR. Please help, if u can

This often happens with porcupines and spiney box versions.
Please post pics of fish under white lighting as it may have flukes which often happens.
Is it sitting in a corner moping ?
Is it breathing normal or labored?
Assure Salinity and nitrate are not high

Nitrates 27, SG 1.025. She is still very active. All other fish r doing well and eating. Breathing is normal. Eyes are clear.
