Porschetins 80g mixed reef

Alright so I've been lurking on here for a while trying to learn as much as possible and take in the scenery of everyones beautiful tanks. I finally feel that i have something worth posting so thought i'd go ahead and do so. Plus i'd like to get everyones opinions and constructive criticism as i'm looking to improve my system as much as possible. As i'm sure it is with most of you this has become an obsession! I plan on upgrading my tank as much as possible over the next few months and then when money and time permit i would like to switch over to a larger tank that i am going to build into the wall. hopefully something around 200g. Anyways here's some specs on what i have going now.

Tank- Just your ordinary 80g glass pet smart tank with a hang on back overflow

Filtration- 20g sump with a filter sock, a small refugium, purigen, some live rock and a crapy cpr back pack skimmer

lighting- 2 @ 250 watt 20k radiums mh's and 4 actinic pc's

livestock- Yellow tang
- scopas tang
-blue tang
-starry blenny
-sand sifter gobby
-hawkfish
-3 lemon chromis
-2 onyx clowns
-sixline wrase ( which i haven't seen for a couple days. hopefully he's ok..)
-purple dottyback
-coral banded shrimp
-cleaner shrimp
-anemone shrimp
-rbta
-2 acropora crabs
-2 seahorses ( i know not a good idea but the GF can be very persuasive and they seem to be doing fine so far. At least untill i get more flow in there which is one of the next things i need to work on )
-And lots of corals which i will take separate pics of and go over later

Anyways there's lots more to go over. I would like to talk about all the upgrades i'm planning on and ask a TON of questions but for now lets see some pics!

johntran216-Thank you! yea i like it a lot. I kinda started off with lps and just recently got rid of some of them to make room as i have since become addicted to sps! The tank has been up for probably around 8 months now.

Singlefin- Yea my sps that have been around since the begining have grown ALOT and my chalice and my monties have grown tremendously!

ReefPops- Thanks alot! Yea i cant get enough of everyones pics! Our little worlds that we all have going on inside of our tanks are just absolutely amazing! And you're absolutely right. I am so glad that i found a place like R2R to learn from and enjoy!

Alright so i finally dropped the cash and bought an MP40!! This thing is soooooo nice! It kicked up a ton detritus as soon as i turned it on! I've got a couple questions though.

1- What setting does everyone like to run them on and how strong for a tank my size? I've got it on reef crest right now at like %75 power. And i know i should get another one but thats not an option right now.

2- What placement would be best?

3- should i continue running my koralia as well?

Here's how i have it now. My over flow is in the back left corner, the koralia is in the front left corner angled down on the reef, the MP40 is about centered on the right side and i have a power head in the right back corner pushing stuff towards the overflow.
