Need suggestions ASAP

Last year I had an out break and got it under control without any loss.

Wed I notice a blue reef chromis pale and the following day it was gone.
My yellow tang, anthias and the female clown were pale, cloudy eyes and powdery body.
I immediately dosed prazi...I haven't has a loss but the smaller clown is looking like this

I'm aerating a small 3g tank for a FW dip.
The blue/green chromis in the background has been a loner since day one

and the yellow tang

I'm in this predicament because of my fault...I think!
I've been so focus on the new build that I did not replace the UV lightbulb (14 months - 24/7)

No new additional of anything since all my attention is on the new build.

Seems to fast and severe for flukes. Maybe velvet. Fish looks extremely ill.

Hard to tell with fish under rocks in a shady area but It appears to be as mentioned parasitical and either velvet or other parasite
With velvet, Some behaviors associated with a fish with velvet are :
- Scratching body against hard objects
- Fish is lethargic
- Loss of appetite and weight loss
- Rapid, labored breathing
- Fins clamped against the body
- rapid breathing and mucus around the gills

Fish with velvet will typically stay at the surface of the water, or remain in a position where a steady flow of water is present in the aquarium. As the disease progresses outwards from the gills, the cysts then become visible on the fins and body. Although these cysts may appear as tiny white dots the size of a grain of salt, like the first sign of Saltwater Ich or White Spot Disease, what sets Oodinium apart from other types of ich is that at this point the fish have the appearance of being coated with what looks like a whitish or tan to golden colored, velvet-like film, thus the name Velvet Disease and when you say they are "Pale", this describes it.
Remove fish from main tank and give them a FW dip or bath and then place them into a QT with vigorous aeration provided. Treat the fish in the QT with a copper-based medication. Although many over-the-counter remedies contain the general name as ich or ick treatments, carefully read the box to be sure it is specifically designed to target "Oodinium".

Went to petco to pickup a 40b since all I have was a 20 tall...I hope I have enough time to set up the QT.
Do have sponges in the sump!

Should I start copper power at 1.0, 1.25 or 1.5 do I add general cure at the same time?
Do have a HOB filter and a powerhead for surface agitation.

As of this morning, lost my 2 blue reef chromis and the male Lyretail anthia.
I pulled the 2 clowns last night out and have them in a small 5g tank...both are still on the surface?

What should I do about the CUC, frags and the marinepure blocks?
Read fallow period is 6 weeks...since I'm moving everything to a new tank I'm thinking of pulling everything and placing in the same tote I'm seeding the "new" rock with pcs of live rock. They've been in that tote for 3+ weeks, by doing this I'll have to reset the clock.

Fish stock as of this morning in a 40g breeder.
1- 6" foxface
1- 2" blue tang
1- Yellow Tang
1- 3-4" sailfin tang
3- Blue/Green Chromis
1- 6 Line
1- Diamong goby
2- Clown

The videos were pretty dark, but I agree with the others - based on the speed this happened and the severe symptoms, I don't think it is flukes. More likely it is Amyloodinium/velvet. I can't say why it showed up now though.

Can you get clearer videos now that the fish are in the QT?
You need to get the copper up to full level right away.
You can move any non-calcareous biomedia over from your DT tgo help with ammonia control

Thnaks @Jay Hemdal
I'm build the stand for the 40b right now!
Quick question
You need to get the copper up to full level right away At 1.5 or 2ppm using copper power

I will get video once the QT is up and running later today

QT went up yesterday…had to build it in a rush!
Copper power at 1.4 last night and raising to Therapeutic level 2.25~2.50 over the next day!

Did loss my small clown last night…

Should I add prazi or hypo
Most have lost appetite!!

Lost my other clown last night...That's 6 fishes since Friday!
This is sad, frustrating and demoralizing!

All are in copper power and will add Kanaplex or Furan-2 today.

Side question...
In my rush to the QT up, I grabbed an relatively expensive powerhead.
After the QT process, think any copper with leach back out?

It needs to be cleaned with vinegar, have a good wash with tap water, and then dry for 3 days to be sure. Sorry about your losses. I am going through a similar situation, however I don't have velvet, it appears to be marine ich and/or flukes. I haven't lost any fish yet due to their symptoms but am currently not winning the battle even after 12 days in copper power at 2.25ppm and a round of prazipro complete. It's a frustrating hobby but we can learn from these lessons and prevent it from happening again.

yeah it’s frustrating a money pit but rewarding!
I haven’t had any more losses but I can see temperament flaring inside the QT on occasions between the yellow tang and the sailfin!
