Possible? Alert if power has not been drawn in X

Regarding something that does NOT continuously draw power, like an ATO that comes of from time to time, is it possible with the apex to be notified/turn off an outlet if power has not been drawn in say 24 hours? I looked in other threads and it looked like you could be alerted if power goes out on something thats always supposed to be on but this is a little different in that its only on once and a while and I just want something like - send alert if not drawn any power (0 power) in 24 hours. Possible?

This will require the device to be powered by an EB832 output since only the EB832 provides per-output power monitoring.

The big difficulty is that the longest possible timer on the Apex is 999:59 minutes (16 hours, 39 minutes, 59 seconds), so in order to get an alert after 24 hours, you'd need to link multiple virtual outputs and could be challenging.

Here's how to do it with the 999:59 timer, assuming the ATO is plugged into an EB832 output named ATO. I used the threshold of 2 watts in case the device still draws a tiny bit of power when not running.

[ATO_OFF] -- virtual output for timer
Set OFF
If Output ATO Watts < 2 Then ON
Defer 999:59 Then ON

[EmailAlm]
Set OFF
If Output ATO_OFF = ON Then ON
