Possible aptasia? And mystery tentacles

Found on the flukes of a mariculture Crocea from Micronesia
All the aptasia Ive seen has a pretty much solid color scheme while this guy sort of has stripes.
Maybe its a hydroid?

The mystery tentacles to the right I have never seen before.

I'm not 100% on what You're talking about in the picture, but I don't see any obvious aiptasia.

Both subjects in question are stationary.

Thanks for the fast advice. I pulled the clam out the tank and gave the area a bit of boiling water from a syringe then brushed the area and rinsed.
