Possible "Black box" driver replacement.

Over time one of the more frustrating things was finding replacement drivers for those black boxes.
No guarantee of usability but at least it covers the harder to find odd specs of them
70-100V DC 550mA 10v analog dimming (think it is), on off switch in pot (again assumption).
