Possible black ich on bs jawfish?

I noticed some tiny black spots on the underside of my blue spot jawfish. Any ideas if this is black ich?

Unfortunately, I think it is Turbellarians. Fortunately, it is easily treated with Prazipro which is also mostly reef safe.

There may be some ich on the fins as well but trust Brew's ID here, I cannot see well on my phone at the moment

No no, lol. That's Reef Nutrition R.O.E. floating around. Or sand particles, I have a pair of sand sifters.
