Possible bleaching?

Hello just been looking at my duncan after placing him on this rock , he is growing alot of heads , even after moving him, but it kinda seems like some of the tenticles are smaller and a little bit white(the head on the right) , what would a bleaching duncan look like thanks

They seem okay to me how often do you feed? How new to the tank are they ? How long has tank been running? What lights do you have? What’s your parameters?
