I recently purchased a pair of Darwin clowns for an anemone tank I am starting. Since I got them home four days ago, they have been lazy eaters and not very aggressive towards food. Today one of them did not eat at all and I notice that both of them seem dusty on the darker parts of their bodies. They are swimming fine and seem to be moving around the tank fine but I want to get some opinions on this asap. Where should I be able to get chloroquine?

The video cannot be expanded to see well but I do see a discoloration which suggest excessive mucus and would be associated with Brook, However this needs to be confirmed.

Please provide a couple still pics closer of the fish. Some signs are clamped fins, loss of appetite, lethargic behavior, elevated breathing rate and haziness to their facial area

Thanks. They do seem to be much less active than my ocellaris clowns in my main display tank and tend to stay in one corner of the tank. As I mentioned, one did not eat today. I do not notice any clamped fins, haziness, or discoloration.

Will need yet closer/clearer pics under white light to better tell

The web-like mucus in the first pic, above the anal fin, does look like it could be Brooklynella.

The not eating is a sure sign something is wrong.

Thanks Jay. Any suggestions on where I can acquire Chloroquine?

That product is tough to acquire since the huge issue with people trying to use it to "cure" Covid. Many sources were forced to remove it by the USDA. I ran a search, and here is one possible link:
