I have a setup that is around 2 months old. Upgrade from a nanocube I had so it was all existing live rock, and corals. Transferred all my corals over about two weeks ago and everything looks great! Yesterday I was moving some frags around and my Duncan colony fell into my frogspawn. My Duncan has really opened up since and I got home today and some of the heads are sloughing away. Did it get stung or is it brown jelly disease.

Reefwiser nailed it... Keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse. If it does you might need to frag it to prevent loss of the entire colony..

You could always use a coral dip to help take care or stop an infection.

I've had good luck doing dips in iodine for brown jelly disease. It's a tough call on this one since it fell on another coral that could have stung it. It clearly looks annoyed...

Duncan's are a fairly Hardy coral hopefully can make a recovery.

So I have left everything alone and most of the heads looks great. The few that had the brown goop are still not great looking, but they don't look worse. I am assuming they got stung when the colony fell over onto my frogspawn.
