Possible bubble algae

Is this bubble algae? If so, I was going to remove the frag, cut it with a knife, and dip it in iodine to help it heal. Should I just pop it? Popping does not spread it.

Take it out pop and rinse with tank water i have a bubble algae problem its a nightmare….
